Lions and Tigers and Bears!

We took Jacob to the zoo for the first time on Saturday and throughout the day, we learned a few very important things.

1) Toy trains (like Thomas) = endless fun.
Real trains (that you ride on around the zoo) = scary and loud and make baby cry.

2) Feeding ducks is an activity we could do ALL day long.

3) Statues of animals are even more exciting than the real thing.

We had an awesome time at the zoo and got to see all kinds of amazing animals. Jacob was a trooper and really loved the "Family Farm" area where we got to feed goats and llamas and ducks! He also got to ride on yet another carousel (2 different carousels in a week! This kid is spoiled rotten!) I think regular trips to the zoo are definitely in order.
